I kind of want to say something different than, alright, steady away, how are you?

I am reasonably good, reasonably good, traveling a bit for work at the moment and came back to

mine after traveling a lot yesterday and you know, these moments are like super human

world where I did not do what to do anything.

I don't really think about that, ended up cooking the best meal I've cooked in a while.

I'm a place of sheer exhaustion, I was like, no, you've got to do this, you've got to

like power through and I did it.

Shout out to the MVP Spinach, what I love about Spinach is you can have like, you can have

like three kilos of spinach and put it in a pan and it just disappears to like, yeah

man.

Three fork falls, so yeah, yeah, a good time has had more last night in my flat, all being

me and my spinach.

You were the spinach.

Wow, I wonder if any of the podcasts has ever said the word shout

to the MVP Spinach.

I don't even think food podcasts have probably done that.

Spinach is undefeated, but it was so nice actually coming back after like a day of travel

to have the Champions League look forward to, you know, like we're just settling in, like

quiet night in, rain's happening down outside, single figure temperature and the Champions League
