Jason Gibbs today the Browns continue their work at the cross-country

Giants. On this episode you'll hear from offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey,

defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz,

special teams coordinator Bubba Ventrone,

Pro Bowl wide receiver Amari Cooper,

all pro guard Joel Battonio,

and safety Grant Delpit.

Up first, offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey

who talked about the determination he's seen from his quarterback.

Ken, we know week one, for when we came here really, I guess motion was something that was talked about,

it was something that was really going to be a point of emphasis and we saw the difference

kind of week one to week two, just what I guess necessitated you guys

sort of incorporating that of the offense a little bit more this past week and how much of an impact

you can have and you guys being to do some things in two more days.

Yeah I think you know as the goes, every game kind of forms its own identity, you know, and, and, you know, it's just one of those, we're situationally, we just weren't able to do some of those things, one and you know week two we were able to to stay in some more positive situations to take advantage of some of those things that you know whether we want to do it or or whether it's you know advantage for the play or window

dressing whatever it is you know and then there's too many times where we want to play

fast get up take the thinking out of it and and snap the ball you know so we're

always going to try to have a balance there

use enough to make sure we're attacking a defense

the way we see fit.
