matchup with the Philadelphia Eagles this coming Sunday.

We start with Offensive Coordinator Ken Dorsey who discuss the challenges the Eagles defense poses for the

Browns offense on Sunday.

Deshaun just obviously coming off the Raiders game which is one of his better games.

Washington seemed like one of the sports games.

So where do you go from here with him?

I think, you know, the biggest thing that the approach that we have to take as a, whether it's

the quarterback room or the whole offense is we got a

grind you know we got to go in work our tails off and you know do whatever it takes for us to to go out and and focus on this week and

winning this week and the only way to do that is take advantage of today you know and

I think that's that's the big thing we just got to preach you know to our

guys to our players to the building everybody in here the only way to go ahead and

go out here and get a win this week is by focusing on this week and

and obviously we're gonna learn from things that that happened last week

whether it's through adjustments whether it's through execution those types of

things but but the focus has to be on this week and not letting one game become a second game for us and just really kind of grinding through it and working, you know, and that's the only way that I know to get through tough times is everybody goes through it, whether it's work or life, right? I mean, I've gone through tough times and work in life, and the only way to get through it is not anything other than just keep grinding through it and and keeping an attitude of I'm going to get this thing going in the right direction.
