You've written quite a few books.

I'm very excited to kind of have our journey today.

I'd love to start Dory with why you wrote this book.

I love some of your previous ones reinventing

you and around entrepreneurship. Why did you write Stand Out?

I wrote Stand Out, Scott, because I actually wanted to solve a problem for myself in some ways.

I trained as a journalist and so the way that I like to solve problems in a lot of cases is by

asking a lot of really smart people learning from them and then

synthesizing those answers.
