So and his genetics specifically. So a lot of, uh, you know, opinions are circulate around Doreen

Yates work ethic and how it, he's an example of hard work beating talent and how and when

I say talent I mean genetics. It's commonly referred to as talent and how basically he was just such

a hard worker in the gym that it allowed him to be a taught Mr. Olympia competitor and then you know

win the Olympia. What was it? Six times.

Could be wrong. I think it was six. But win that many times based purely on the fact that he just

was so, and then trained so intense, he was so diehard about bodybuilding. And that's like what

separated him from the rest. This couldn't be further from the truth, to be honest. And I think

it's funny how people really take this to heart and think it's serious because Dorian Yates had one of the best genetics, had some of the best genetics in the history of bodybuilding. Now, people might look at his muscle insert shape and say, oh, look at his biceps. Look at this. Look at that.

Which is pretty much the only body part you could knock on him.

But they'll say, look at this.

And this is bad.

This is not good genetics.

What he did to become a Mr.

Olympia is just indicative of how he just worked way harder in everyone else and just

went to that next level.

And that's how he became Mr.

Olympia.

That's just not true.
