And I can get so angry and annoyed about such dumb stuff, dumb shit, if we want to be specific.

And I realize that the cure for anger and fear can be love, like we've talked about a lot. But I really think it's gratitude. When I can get

focused on gratitude, everything else gets lessened. And it's like, I mean, I have a good deal.

It's easy for me to be grateful. But even, I think, I'm not sure if I'm sure or not sure.

But even if things are really bad, there's something to be grateful for.

I'm going to throw that out there.

last name. I read the email and then they're telling me they need me to change it. This is not the first time this has happened in the history of the show, but it's the first time it's happened in years.
