Ashley, how are you doing today? You know, I'm doing pretty good.

What do we got today? You know, I have a question for you to start us off.

I'm sure you know the term soul surfer or skier or runner.

Yes, the soul whatever sport term, which I think started with soul surfing,

but I'm not sure. It's basically the idea of somebody who fully commits to their sport,

does it on this really high level, but sort of transcends things like difficulty or grades.

Like there's sort of this like, oh man, it's like I do this because I'm super passionate about it.

So it has to do with the purity of the endeavor?

Yeah, so it does. It has to do with the motivations behind it, the reasons for why you're doing it.

You know, a lot of times I think we would think of a soul climber, someone who's not out there

for the spot right, but a lot of times they end up getting it anyway.
