We are now coming back from the lunch break, and we're going to take you back into the courtroom

to see exactly what is going on as we're getting ready for the closing arguments from the side

and the defense of Donna Adelson.

Let's take a look.

Just based on, as I said, the way that the state has misrepresented items in the calendar,

we would like to be able to present that as an argument to the jury.

Again, at this stage for items that are not in evidence,

but do not find that these are specifically exculpatory.

You can make any reasonable argument or inference

as it relates to the admitted evidence,

but items that were never admitted at this point

are not to be presented to the jury.

Yes, sir.

Peers are making an argument of not being satisfied really with how,

and it's not for them to be satisfied with how the closing arguments of the prosecution go.

But it appears they are trying to argue at least verbally on the record that they want to present something.

The judge is saying, no, we're not going to do that I don't agree with it.

What they're trying to do essentially is set up more appellate issues because they're going to go probably go on ineffective

assistance of counsel they're going to go on anything they can so if they feel they can make an

argument and be turned down on it or accepted on it they're going to argue presentation as a

state while this both were given the closing I'll be assisting by putting the items on display.
