Summary
Quinshon Judkins set a new single-season Ole Miss rushing record two years ago. Now he’s an Ohio State Buckeye.
But the Rebels aren’t lacking for running back talent. Ole Miss, in the off-season, re-upped veteran Ulysses Bentley, IV, with a fresh NIL deal. He's expected to lead the room.
That is, whenever he gets back on the field. Bentley, IV — who is known to those closest to him as ‘Doo’ — is currently in a walking boot as he recovers from (left) turf toe.
“What’s crazy is when I hurt it and went to the doctors and stuff, they told me I played through the whole (2023 season) with it,” Bentley, IV, said, in a Friday appearance of the ‘Ivey League,’ a weekly multi-platform podcast hosted by third-year Ole Miss star defender Jared Ivey.
“I’ve never felt any pain at all.”
Upcoming ‘Ivey League’ guests include Florida transfer EDGE Princely Umanmielen, Ole Miss athletics director Keith Carter and Grove Collective executive director Walker Jones.
