This is the podcast where we talk about all the real, raw, unfiltered shit that is going on in your heads or the heads of everybody else that they wish other people talked about.

Let's talk about some bad decisions. All right. So this week I want to talk about bad food decisions because you guys know how important my food. You know how important food is in my life right you know how

much i always talk about food i'm always cooking i'm always talking about how food has sort of been a

comfort throughout many different roller coasters of my entire life cycle but But one of the things that I, you know,

have shared with you guys is like, I eat meat, I eat dairy. I'm not a vegan, gluten-free,

you know, kind of person. I don't really care if I eat organic. I mean, if it's organic,

great. But I grew up eating a shit ton of chemicals. I mean, fuck. I was kind of raised on bologna sandwiches. And I'm

perfectly fine with that. And you know what? If I have kids one day, they're going to be raised

on bologna sandwiches too. And I'm fine with that as well. And we're going to fry that fucking

baloney and it's going to be crunchy and we're going to put it on some wonder white bread.

And it's going to be amazing with some mayonnaise of course so you guys can imagine like

the other day i was out um i actually had to go to the apple store because of course one of the

battery ports in my mac stopped working and i couldn't really figure it out on my own it was

something i couldn't troubleshoot at home so i took my MacBook, my air to the Apple store here in downtown L.A.

And as I was leaving, I saw this place called Donut Friend.
