The Pistons had the hottest shooting game.

I can remember, I can't believe they shot the cover off the ball and were not in striking

distance of the calves at the end of the game.

And that was all because of a dominant performance from Donovan Mitchell.

Joining me today, a man who always gives a dominant performance. Carter Rodriguez how you doing, buddy? Oh, my gosh. What a freaking game from Donovan Mitchell. And, you know, it wasn't going that way. You know, we're sitting there watching him score four points in the first half. They're down by four at the end of the first. And, you know, we met some friends at halftime.

We were texting some friends.

And I was like, you know, I feel pretty good.

You know, you had the Keroslavert game.

They were shooting 48% from three.

And it just kind of felt like the Cavs process was going to carry them through.

And Boy did it.

And I have to credit my esteemed co-host on this one, who at halftime said, Don just needs a quick seven.

He just needs a quick seven points out of the half, and all will be well.

And boy, did he give us more than that.

39 second half points, I believe that ties a record for the most in a half in playoff

history.
