Happy Wednesday morning, everyone. Welcome to KfaruCast. Frank the Tank is back to work today, but he's so far behind. He did not hop on here. We have the great Donnie Vincent in our presence. Thanks for coming on, man. Yeah, dude. Thank you for having me and particularly making it work this early in the morning. Well, I don't sleep, so we're good. That worked out actually great for me. But Donnie had his film premiere in Fort Collins, which as a miracle, it's the first probably and only one I will ever go to. But I did make it. So you must know you're semi-important for me because I came. And how many people told you I wouldn't come? Everyone. Everyone. Yeah. And I said, I said he will come. I didn't say he will come. I said, I think he's going to be there. And they said, no, no, no, no, no, he's not going to be there. And I said, yeah, actually, I think he, actually, I think he changed his schedule to come in. Yeah, I did. Yeah, I did. And I brought my wife. And, you know, it was cool. I'm glad we went. I didn't like the traffic getting there. But it ended up being a cool event. There was quite a few people there, and the film was great. It, looking at it from a perspective of, it looked like a pain in the ass is what it looked like. It's a lot of work. Yeah, a tremendous amount of work. Well, some people watch those films and don't realize if someone's filming you rolling up in the boat, you had to put someone in that other boat to film you coming up in the boat. And in a rainstorm, that sucks. Right? Like, I mean, it's a problem.

Yeah.

And you do it.

I mean, it's not that we're faking things.

We do a lot of things that are basically one take or we're filming things as they happen.

But if we happen to see something that really fits the storytelling or we happen to see something that, for instance,

if we're rowing up in a boat in a rainstorm, it's for real. We're never going to do something

that we're not doing. But if we do that and then, you know, the guys are like, yeah, this looks

really good. Let's do it one more time. Sometimes you end up rowing up two, three, four times.

And when you're sheep hunting,

um, that can get painful when you have to climb a slope two, three times. No. Yeah. But it's,

it's, it's, it's, you know, we are documentary style filmmakers. So we film things as they happen. But as we,

we are, we are doing a job, we are capturing content.

So it takes time and takes more than one take sometimes.

Oh, yeah, for sure.

And I explain that to people with photography.

Now, like I'm not really big.

Same like you said, if we already did it, I don't mind telling the guy to go do it again because I want a better photo.

Yeah, yeah.

Yeah.

But if I have to go tell a guy to totally like, hey, go climb down in that creek, take a knee.

I don't really do that.
