The New York criminal trial against Harvey Weinstein is kicking off with no shortage of drama

and with the opening arguments remaining on schedule to start just a short time from now.

So more than 80 women have spoken out and accused the disgraced movie mogul of sexual misconduct since bombshell allegations against Weinstein were first reported over two years ago.

Recently, Vanity Fair writing, who would defend Harvey Weinstein? Well, her name is Donna

Ratuno, and she joins me now, who share her untold story. Donna, it's good to see you again.

Thank you very much for being here. So you've relocated from Chicago to New York, and you've been

here three or four weeks now? I have. I relocated at the end of December, and I've been here

until the trial's over.

Did you ever think when, you know, you used to go see sort of Miramax movies and you

read about Harvey Weinstein and the tabloids and, you know, Entertainment Weekly, did you ever

think that he would be accused by 80 women and that you would be defending him?

No, of course not.

No, and I don't think you ever think that you're in this position until you're in it.
