true crime and some days you get a guy from his mahogany office and another one with not one but two flags and that is because he is the Florida State attorney.

Two flags that's what you get when you are the Florida State Attorney.

But welcome, welcome to this special and it'll probably be a somewhat shorter version than most versions as I'm still dealing with a

COVID-fog and Dave Heronberg is far too important. He will give us at least 45 minutes of his time and then Tim will stick around and Tim and I have some stuff to talk about.

So obviously the issue at hand here, the never ending issue of Donna Adelson and now her new relationship with Dan Rashbound, the same attorney who represented Charlie Adelson.

We haven't really had Dave Arlenburg weigh in on this and I pulled some video of that interview that I did with Dan Rashbaum.

So we're going to get to that in just a moment.

But very quick introductions, Dave Arlenburg, as I mentioned, he is the state attorney for Palm Beach

County I believe Dave are you one of 20 state attorneys in the great state of Florida

That's correct good to be back with you, Joel, and you, Tim, as well.

And Dave, I won't mention any names, but I was talking to Jared Ross, and we both said,

you know what, Dave Aaronberg would be a fine governor for the state of Florida and even as a Republican, not myself, but Jared Ross, he said I would vote. He said I would vote for

Dave Aaronberg and I said, you know what, I would too. So, um, and then he said

there's too many, it's too red a state, but we'll see what happens, not going to get into politics here, but is there a chance that one of these days you will run for governor governor. Is there any chance? Well,

Jared is right. I've known him for a while. Our state is, I think, too red for a

Democrat to win right now, but in the future, who knows? I mean, I love what I'm
