It is a 75-year-old grandmother and also the mother of Wendy and Charlie and a strange son,

Rob Adelson, of course, the wife of Harvey Adelson, who is, at least according to the government,

said to be the mastermind of this hit back in 2014 on FSU Law Professor and ex-husband of her daughter, Wendy Adelson.

Now, keep in mind, Don Adelson, this is why we're having a trial.

She is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

And her attorney says there's a lot of theory and there's a lot of motive, but there's no evidence,

but we're about to find out, I guess, in the coming week, exactly what the state has and

what we know of so far. It appears to be a mountain of evidence, but it was a wild first week,

anything but quiet with a few fiery courtroom

clashes, including Judge Stephen Everett at one point threatening to send the jurors home

because the defense team, they were objecting to motions that had already been argued in

court.

So it was a tense week.

It was a long week.

It was a fascinating week.

And it is just week one with at least a couple more weeks of this trial still to go.
