What's up, FTS Nation, and welcome to this Thursday live episode of

Surviving Survivor, the podcast that promises to bring you

Look at who we have here. Tim Janssen, you know the face well. I'm about to introduce the other two

guests who have both been on before, but first, of course,

the countdown is on just a little over a week away from jury selection,

jury selection, scheduled to begin one week from Tuesday.

This is Thursday.

Subtract four or five days, and there you go.

We're a week away.

So we are inching ever so close to Donna Adelson's

trial there were a flurry of motions some of which Judge Stephen Everett ruled on, others that he did not.

We're going to pick these lawyers brains about that, why he chose to rule on some and not others.

Donna Adelson, of course, still sitting in the Leon County Jail,

the irony of all ironies because the motive in this case

believed to be the fact that she never wanted her grandchildren to stay in Tallahassee.

Now her son is living in South Dakota. He's headed back here at some point in the very near future likely to be called as a witness which will

ask these guests about too and Don Adelson can't leave Leon County and

there's a good chance she's going to be in close proximity to Tallahassee perhaps for the rest of her life after this trial.
