Harvey, uh, Harvey obviously was, uh, was touched on several times. I wouldn't say quite as much as Wendy

in this trial, but we certainly saw him sitting there throughout the entire case, looking

like the Jeff Dunham puppet character. But he, he was there. He also, from what we understand,

and we didn't learn a ton about the context of the conversation,

but he did communicate, allegedly, with Sigfrido Garcia, the killer, right around the time of the murder.

That fact that that exists, he was on the, ready to get down the plane, too, and flee.
