It was a bombshell development last week at the trial of Donna Adelson.

Of course, she is accused in the 2014 Murder for Higher killing a

and killing a Dan Martel.

Well, it went off the rails on the first day of jury selection

after lead attorney Dan Rashbound, right here in Miami. He withdrew over conflicts of

interests, multiple conflicts. Of course, Dan Rashbaum had represented

Charlie Adelson in his case they lost that case he was

convicted Don Adelson tries to flee the country one week later she's now by the FBI now Dan is

representing Donna Dan had represented Charlie and prior to representing Charlie

had represented Donna and Harvey. So it is an enmeshed

family with an enmeshed attorney in that family and after Dan Rashbound basically withdrew himself before the judge could do it for him

Leon circuit judge Judge Stephen Everett announced its trial is going to be continued and that prospective jurors would be sent home.

Of course, that's after Meave Mo and Steve Cohen and I made that eight hour drive, which love being in Tallahassee. Don't love the drive so much but I had to throw that one in there.

We're gonna play some sound because of course Donna's co-counsel, Alex, who's from Tallahassee, he implied in a little news gaggle right after the continuance that he is going to work on some plea negotiations and then the
