Donna Adelson is not done fighting, the 75-year-old matriarch of the Dan Markell murder for hire plot, which sadly was successful back in July 2014.

Well, she has now filed her notice of appeal vowing to challenge everything from pretrial rulings to her life sentence behind bar.

sentenced to life in prison on September 4th to be, well, the sentencing was after the conviction

was September 4th. So it is just a few weeks. Donna Edelson, who is the 75-year-old mother and

grandmother at the center of this infamous murder for hire plot.

She has officially filed her notice of appeal.

Her Tallahassee attorneys, Josh Zellman and Jackie Fulford, you know them.

They filed the paperwork yesterday, November 4th, later in the day, telling the court she is

appealing the pretrial rulings, the evidence admitted at trial,

the jury's verdict, and the life sentence itself.
