On this episode, I thought what I would do is read these emails that Donna sent to Wendy during the divorce proceedings just to show her motive as to why she might want Dan Markell

killed among many others.

The first email is Friday, May 3, 2013 at 6.18 p.m.

The subject is information regarding his Memorandum of Law email.

Dear Wendy.

Okay, just saw this email this morning. Obviously, his 23-page rant was insufficient,

so he's trying to push the court to deny hearing your petition. Again, I'm not a lawyer.

I don't know if to prevent any action your attorney must respond or not. Only you and she know that. However, and she calls him by

the derogatory name that they created for him, has made his divorce a full-time job to attempt to

get what he's always gotten, his way. His job allows for lots of time for him to put into this project, and you know as well as I do,

that all the research he's done on different case law to prove his point is his research, not his

attorneys. No matter who did it, he is quoting 13 cases to show why the court should basically
