Okay, well, Cleo got a lot to learn because according to court records,

back in December of 2024, police were responding to a domestic disturbance,

and while officers were arresting Cleo, he did something very inappropriate to an officer.

What did he do, Uncle Shala?

Well, this man was getting arrested and decided as he was getting arrested that he just couldn't resist.

Kissing the arresting officer on their neck.

And this week he was found guilty of sexual battery against a police officer.
