Like it or not Donald Trump dominates the world stage like no recent American president

or for that matter any world leader. That has been clear this week at the World Economic Forum

in Davos, Switzerland, where the president's rhetoric changed from threatening NATO,

threatening Europe to triumphant in announcing a deal over Greenland almost in 48 hours.

Plus, what is Donald Trump's Board of Peace, which was announced at Davos?

And what does he want that to accomplish? Those are our subjects

And I'm here with Joe Sternberg and Kate Batchelder O'Dell. So President Trump on the weekend

shocked the world by threatening tariffs against Europe if Denmark didn't seed to the United States control of Greenland.

And he said he might use military force to get control of Greenland if the Danes didn't go his way.

So stock markets tanked on Monday. Opposition formed vocal opposition

in Europe and in parts of the U.S. Congress. And Donald Trump then spoke in Davos and first said he

wouldn't use force. So that was a bit of a walkdown on Greenland. And then announced a new framework deal.

And the same day,

he said a great triumph and is a forever deal, of course, details to follow. So let's listen to

the president describe the framework. It's a long-term deal. It's the ultimate long-term deal.
