His ambitions have been defenestrated.

Donald Trump has been forced to take his first step backwards,

and before all of this is over, he will take many, many more.

At some level, it is remarkable that his

transition plan has started to implode 60 days before the inauguration. But that's what happens

when nepotism rules the day. Trump Jr. is unqualified to say the least, and his picks have been a disaster. The successor to Matt Gates

is as equally unqualified. Former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi. Her problem is who

she's sleeping with. In her case, it's not a 17-year-old girl. it's the Qatari government. Pam Bondi is a registered

foreign lobbyist, an agent for the government of Qatar, which has hosted Hamas for many, many years.

That's way too close for comfort. The Attorney General is the Chief Law En enforcement officer of the United States. If she had

been the general counsel for Exxon, it would have been disqualifying. But working for the Qataris,

as their lobbyist, as their agent, contrary to American interests, is not just disqualifying,

but immoral.

What loyal American would dare to cash a paycheck from these thuggish regimes?

If they do, they should always understand that forevermore, they have lost the ability to hold a position of public trust around the security of the American people.
