Donald Trump and CNN, pair of old frenemies reunite for a town hall in New Hampshire

that has the Trump campaign staff elated and the press corps somewhere between depressed and furious.

Trump made a lot of news in this town hall, which in many ways was the real opening of his campaign for president.

Did he do himself some good politically or did he create openings for his Republican primary opponents?

Really quite something, Trump covered a lot of ground.

I thought that as Treyas, Caitlin Collins, the moderator tried, she might, to fact check him in real time,

it's really quite an impossible thing to do.

Effectively, he kind of steam rolls right over you, which I think has something to do with the reaction from the press corps,

enormous amount of hostility to what CNN did, and we want to talk a little bit about that.

But let's hit some of the news points.

Let's start with Mike Pence and January 6, which is a big focus of Caitlin Collins,

and whether Donald Trump and that riot had threatened Mike Pence on that day.
