Good evening, once again, I'm Stephanie Rule. We got a lot to cover, so let's get started,

because tonight we're going to Georgia, where the former president has entered officially

and not guilty plea in the case accusing him of racketeering over efforts to overturn the 2020

election. Donald Trump's attorneys have requested to sever his case from the co-defendants

who have demanded a speedy trial. That's right, he doesn't want a speedy trial.

The lead investigator for the January 6th committee says more time might not help jump in this case.

He's the leader of this conspiracy, and every single other act in that indictment

is going to be ascribed to him. His knowledge of it, his affirmative support of it,

with very few exceptions. So a trial against Kenneth Chesbro, a trial against Sidney Powell,

will involve evidence about the former president's awareness of leadership of that conspiracy.

So it is bad for him in the Court of Public Opinion. The more this story is told, the more this

evidence plays out, it's got to be unfavorable to him both legally and politically.

We also found out earlier today that all court proceedings in the Georgia case get ready,

will be televised and live streamed. Earlier today, Governor Brian Kemp of Georgia through cold

water on Republicans in his state, and their threats to try to remove DA Fawni Willis from the case.
