On the one side is Michael Mann, a leading climate scientist whose hockey stick graft propelled

an anti-fossil fuel movement.

On the other side is Mark Stein, a writer and free speech campaigner. Stein has denounced the hockystick graph as a scientific fraud.

This climate change trial will determine if it's okay to accuse a scientist of fraud and if free speech still exists in America.

He beat her by 11 points close despite the fact that the

Democrats were voting for Nicky Haley as well. So we overcame the

Democrat effort and what dumb Republicans would want her

and still crushed her by double digits. Now last week we saw a poll. Oh it it's 40 to 40 now. She may very well win this thing. She could win it.
