And when you looked at the examples, I guess one of the biggest examples would be a woman who pleaded guilty to the crimes for which she was imprisoned and whose appeal against her sentence was such a dismal failure that the notes from the judge,

the memos from the judge come about as close to calling her a barefaced liar as any legal professional can reasonably do.
