I was out in front of the paediports the other day with some of my employees are talking about something and.

I could hear the sort of commotion inside the store and this man was like yelling at.

Jessica who works who works for daily stoking the pain and porch and just being a road truck I could sort of see as like oh great this is someone yelling about the mask policy in the store and I was like sir come on if you don't want to wear it you don't have to shop here just come on.

And he storms out and he sort of confronts me and I think I did a pretty good job controlling my my temper you know how to do this is yelling and he said this is so stupid.

And I said your rights are it's very stupid. I thought that was funny and then he's you know continuing to yell at me and I just said man you just don't have to shop here it's not a big deal you just if it bothers you you don't have to shop here.

And he's going on about some you know insane pseudoscience and all the pandemic isn't real and I said it's alright dude you clearly don't read books just move along which probably wasn't the nicest thing I had don't pretend to be a perfect stoic.

There's that Jeff Bezos line that it's easier to be clever than kind now certainly more clever in that situation than kind but what I really dislike is like you can believe whatever you want but don't come in and yell at some employee who it's not their decision they have a hard job they

shouldn't have to put up with your crap and least of all in these strange surreal times least of all over a safety protocol so I I have a problem with bullies this is a very clear example bullying plus a temper tantrum thrown by a very old man who should have known a lot better the point is all of this is to set up today's interview with one of my favorite
