Senate Republicans are requesting interviews with five Obama administration officials and appeals court strikes the Obama-Care mandate, and Donald J. Trump has become just the third president in history to be impeached. I'm your host, A.G., and today it's just me.

So we had a long day of impeachment debate on the House floor, made seemingly eternal by the screeching cacophony of Doug Collins, who at the end of the day threatened Democrats by saying, just wait until you're in the minority.

Hopefully that will never happen, but if it does, we now have a mon record saying his party will come after us for no other reason than revenge.

Each side had three hours to a lot to their members, and many of them spoke. Once again, the Republicans refused to defend any of the president's actions and simply attack the process over and over again.

They continued with their same incorrect assertions about overturning elections and accusing the Democrats of colluding with Russia, and some kept pushing the Russian talking point that Ukraine interfered in our 2016 elections.

But none would say the president is allowed to ask foreign leaders to interfere in our elections, which he did live on television with his mouth.

So Democrats made their case, and I had a few favorites today, and I wanted to just play those clips for you. Let's listen to the amazing John Lewis.

When we came to Washington in 1961 to go on a freedom rise, we chose that day.

When we came here on August 28, 1963, for the March on Washington, it was joyful.

We met with a young president, President John Fitzgerald Kennedy.

When we came here on August 6, 1965, but they signed into the voting rights act, we were excited.

We met with President Linda Johnson, but today, this day, we didn't ask for this.

This is a sad day. It is not a day of joy.

Our nation is founded on the President's rule.
