That one of the things you can do when you're worried is just

really get it, get some good worship music on and

get into God's presence and get your mind off of the stuff

that's tormenting you.

You know, when I stopped we were talking about how worry

is the fruit of pride and I'm going to try to just start

with that again.

My husband has something that he says which I think is good.

When you have a problem do your responsibility but

cash your care.

A lot of people do the opposite.
