at time French podcast on Instagram that you guys would have seen that there wasn't

going to be an episode but there is just obviously a lot going on in the world politically and I don't know I just I

haven't been getting a lot of sleep I just have had the heaviest of heart all week and I just didn't

really feel like putting out an episode honestly. I just didn't feel it was

appropriate. I know shade to anyone that did put out an episode. I love it is keeping me busy and occupied and I think

obviously there are certain avenues in which things need to be discussed and I think also having

healthy distractions are a great thing in this world and I know a lot of you guys were bummed that because you

guys look to me for that I like to you know just keep things fun and light and I love to be a distraction and get you

guys through hard days and so I'm sorry if Wednesday you needed me but yeah I just I couldn't I couldn't get myself do it I'd

have you heart all week I'm sure as most of us do I'm'm not going to pretend to be a international political affairs

expert. All I know is that I am just devastated with what is happening and so many innocent people hurt and killed

and murdered and I just I have no I have no words I honestly have no words but we are gonna you know

try and push through and you know keep things light here on the podcast and
