when you go back and listen to our episode entitled Secret Sauce,

it starts by me saying take two,

which was probably one of the low points in my podcast life

when I had to redo an intro.

Because I referred to our right honorable guest.

I actually didn't know how to refer to him,

so I stopped mid-sentence and was like...

He had the deer in the headlights look,

kind of like, what do I call him? Right, because in church world, if he's not a pastor,

you don't call him a pastor. But if he is a pastor and you don't call him a pastor, then you just

slighted the individual. That! Right? That's disrespectful.

So, you know, I came this close to complimenting and this close to insulting him.

So I'm like, all of this happened in my brain, so I said, okay, we're going to stop.

We're going to redo this.
