listening to this show. It's a delight to be here and it's a delight to have your company. Yes,

it is. And so what's today's shows about? Now, what we try to do, we try to do

some interviews. We try to do some sort of internal ramblings from myself to help you gain

the knowledge of my 15, 20 years of working for myself. And also, we like to bring the emails

from listeners who have seen the light and

not in a kind of angels kind of way but just by starting to do things and seeing that the dots

join up and we've got three of them today And I think they're all good and they're all

inspiring and they all deserve this. Because their new life has started. They've moved into

building forward and it's not perfect. It's not organized, I suppose, and it hasn't got a

fixed destination, but they've started and that's the key thing. So we're going to start off with

the first one today and hopefully somebody out there will be listening to this and thinking,
