Okay, so we've talked about some things not to do. And we've also said, I think made it clear that we want people's input.

So what's the appropriate way to go about getting input as a manager to decisions in a way that's useful and helps us get to the implementation.

The way to do it is to ask for recommendations from each of your directs.

And what's interesting about this is this is part of development of your directs?

You ask them to make a recommendation.
