halfway through my first pregnancy and I'm so grateful for it. So many of the topics are helping

me think through pregnancy and postpartum to-dos that I hadn't considered such as having a

detailed birth plan and identifying who I should have around me in the first 40 days after birth to help take care of me.

I also appreciate that they provide honest experiences of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

They give a realistic breakdown, unlike other pregnancy podcasts, without making it feel scary or

overwhelming. I like that you guys hit on so many of our goals. We really want this to be digestible information for you.

I feel like if we come in here making it too like just heavy with research and data and medical

terminology and stuff like that, I just, I don't know that it's going to have the same effect and
