I'm talking to you today about one of my favorite things.

If you followed me and my work for a while, you'll know and maybe you will appreciate

the fact that I don't like to take no for an answer I believe

that you know often a no is often just a redirection and that's very healthy and

natural but that's not the topic around today right because you hear me say a lot

don't take no for an answer and if you're receiving a lot of knows maybe you're

asking the wrong person right this pertains to business it pertains I mean, a whole lot of things in life, but today I want to speak about something else, which is those of us who stop, or maybe don't even start, until we get a no.

What do I mean by this?

Let me give you an example.

There is a guest who I really want to have on the podcast.

I'm like, I really love this woman, her and I have a lot in common,

and I want her to come here and just chat with us, right?

Because this is a very special community,

they let it be easy podcast community, and I was like, I want her, I'm going to get her.

And so I follow her on social media and I deemed her.

Nothing.

I deemed, again, nothing. You can bet. I d med one more time and guess what? Also nothing.

Can we all be a little bit less? Also nothing.

Can we all be a little bit less serious, you guys, when you're met with a perceived rejection? I joke that I'm rejection proof because all rejection is self rejection.

If you're in self-coaching society you hear me say that a lot.

All rejection is self-rejection and I don't reject myself so I just keep going.
