What is going on, everybody? Welcome back to the Mind of a Macros podcast. As always, I am your

0:06.4

host, Mike Milner, and today's episode, we're going to give some more tactical strategies on how

0:14.1

to navigate the holiday season while staying consistent with your goals. That way, like my main

0:20.6

goal here is that you don't feel like you're starting over in January.

0:24.5

And that is such a tough thing, like December, we're in December, which is kind of crazy.

1:21.8

we go to I need to do everything perfectly to make up for that lost time,

1:26.4

which is where the resolution mindset sets

1:29.1

in, and we know that resolutions have an extremely high failure rate. Most of them are,

1:36.6

most of them fail by February. That's how poor resolutions perform. It doesn't even take a month for most of them to take a back seat.

1:47.4

And the reason is because we kind of go from one extreme to the next. We go from the screw it,

1:52.4

why bother? I'm just going to, you know, get through this month and then I'll refocus in January,
