What's going on everybody? Welcome back to another episode. Here we go. Episode number two.

Let's just exaggerate a bit. Maybe it's 250. I don't know. But whatever episode we're on,

we are rocking and rolling as the tribe called not quest,

leaner nation. That's right. That's what we call ourselves. We are the leaners, small and mighty,

not the biggest crew in the whole world, but we're here, we're alive, we're well,

and we're doing our darndest to some progress that's all we want we cannot promise perfection but by golly gosh darn it you already know how i roll we are going to get a little bit better thank you so much to everybody uh whether you're listening to this in the car or on your run or whether you're

watching it on YouTube. Thank you to every person that is a part of our group. I love

Leaner Nation wherever I travel, wherever I go. I was in, this is a true story. I was in Capri

Italy this summer. I was walking at the big, like, packed out square, like town square.

And a couple of guys from Ireland stopped me and my boys, Pat Schedad, we are leaners.

I'm just to be in Italy and to be stopped by some kids, some Irishmen from Ireland telling me that they're leaners. I'm just to be in Italy and to be stopped by some kids, some Irishmen from Ireland telling

me that they're leaners. There's nothing like it. We are small, but we are mighty. Today we're jumping

in. We're talking about don't settle. Do not settle. This is just this is the trap. This is the dessert. This is the snare for most leaders.

Is settling for good. What is the enemy of greatness? It is goodness. It is settling for average.

And I'm just here to tell you today, leader,

do not, you know how we used to play Monopoly? And it was like, do not pass go unless you

collect $200. I'm just telling you leader, do not settle. Don't settle for where you're at.

There's something bigger in your heart. You're going to do greater things.

And I think your greatest fear is not failure.

I think your greatest fear is knowing how much greatness is inside and on your life.

So I'm here to tell you right now, do not settle.
