Summary

In July 2013, Tiffany Mead called 911 claiming she had cut her throat in an attempted suicide. But when Tiffany later survived the life-threatening wound, she changed her story: her estranged husband, Kris Ertmann, had tried to kill her. "48 Hours" correspondent Erin Moriarty reports.
