I'm your host, Ryan Stumann,

0:03.7

and I'm here to rewire your mind for success.

0:07.3

You were put on this planet for success.

0:09.8

You were created to succeed,

0:11.7

but the force of average is after you every single day,

0:14.8

my brothers and sisters,

0:16.1

and this podcast is the one thing that's designed

0:18.9

to help you fight the force of average and excel in every

0:22.1

area of your life. We're glad that you're here. You know, the more knowledge you get about

0:28.3

something, the less confident you become. You know, the more you get to know a person,

0:33.7

the less confident you are that they are who you thought they were in the beginning. The, the more you've been on a job, the less confident you are that they are who you thought they were in the beginning. The more you've

You have to figure out how to truly get leads and you either have to pay for those leads or you have to figure out how to generate those leads online or through networking events or whatever and you start to lose confidence that that real estate's going to be easy and

1:14.9

make you a lot of money but if you stick to it over time and you start to master lead generation

1:20.1

then you get more confident that you chose the right career but oftentimes as we know more

1:26.0

we lose confidence until we know enough to where we become confident again.

1:30.7

And the problem is if you were to look at that on a graph of high confidence, little knowledge, more knowledge confidence is lowering.

1:38.1

And then as you get a certain amount of knowledge confidence going back up and you would see like a roller coaster of a curve and the problem with

1:45.0

most people is when they start to lose confidence because they're gaining knowledge they quit.

1:51.0

I see this all the time when I worked in the car business. A guy'd come in full of piss and vinegar.
