Oh, how many years have been listening to that

rooster and still tickles me and the rooster is me actually.

I was goofing around when I was at the KBRT studios probably 30 years ago and the mic was on the recording was being made and now we have it for posterity.

Welcome to the show, friends.

I, some sobering thoughts to offer as we begin the show.

Of course, everybody knows that on Saturday in Butler, Pennsylvania, the presidential

nominee now for the Republican Party Donald Trump was shot and actually eight

bullets are fired none hit their intended target at least as intended.

Target was Trump.

He had one that clipped his ear.

And two others were injured by two other bullets and one person lost their life.

Ironically, in a certain sense, protecting the lives of his wife and I don't know children.

He covered their bodies and took a bullet.

And that bullet took his life.

I don't have his name in front of me.

I think he was a firefighter or something like that.

But that's pretty amazing.

Here's what I want to say about that. There's been so much said already by so many

commentators and I'm somewhat restrained by what to say because we have a particular goal with what we try to
