Hey everybody, this is Heidi St. John. Welcome back to the Busy Mom podcast. Today is day

two of my interview with my friend Jennifer Stewart-Tie. She is the founder and the owner

of City Girl Prepper, and we have been talking for the last podcast and this one as well,

about how you can help your family get ready to prepare for an emergency. And one of the

things that I have been noticing in my own family, this is the reason this resonates with

me so much right now is I think this is for right now. I think there's a lot of moms
