absolutely no case. Now, California sort of has a reputation, as you know, for being a bot

is liberal, well, the most liberal state in the United States. Our governor, Gavin Newsom,

and the president are into, boy, are they into fist fights and the fisticuffs. And it's a

question of not only personalities, but also a question of philosophies in California,

sort of at the front end of progressive, if you want to call it that,

or insanely liberal, if you want to call it that, and depending on where you said politically,

completely communistic and socialistic.

One of the things that is on the left side of the political spectrum is rent control,

and that is tenants' rights.

And here in Southern California, where I live, is probably the most expensive or one of

the most expensive places to live in the United States, maybe Manhattan, maybe downtown,
