Hello,

John Eldridge here in the week of April 20th,

and I am interrupting our wonderful series on responding to someone's story, how to tell your own

story.

It's a four-part series that we think will really enrich people's relational lives, period, but also

small group experiences.

But the greater thing going on in the world right now, of course, is the pandemic and the continuing

saga there.

And I just, it's just on my heart to come back to you from home here.

I am at home like most of you are.

And just kind of go deeper into,

where are we now?

What is God saying? What is he doing? Now this is a follow-up or an

add-on to the earlier podcasts we've done on the pandemic back in March. There were two of them and so really encourage you if you haven't heard those to maybe listen to those first and then tune into this.

Also, Stacy and I, God just put it on our hearts in the month of April, to post a little video every day

on Facebook, just some mothering and fathering from us, and I hope you've been enjoying those if you haven't seen those you might want to go back and

Binge watch a bunch of them. They're real short, but they also are real orienting to where we are now.

Okay, so this will probably be, I anticipate a two-part series this week,

the week of April 20th and then next week as well.

Because I think Jesus has some really, really important things to say to us and

I've been fasting, praying, really pressing in a great deal to try and just align with God and what he's doing in this hour.

And I'll admit, okay, when this whole thing got started, I took a pretty passive approach towards it.
