Summary

(Matthew 12:43-45) Christianity is not simply about getting all the bad things out. Through faith in Christ, God longs to move in to our lives, bringing in all things that pertain to life and godliness and casting out all things that do not look like the lovely Son of God. Only Jesus is enough! 1:02.0

there's a kingdom of darkness. And Satan and all of his assistance, these principalities and

1:09.1

powers and heavenly places are very active in our world.

1:13.1

There's no doubt about that.

1:14.3

And can a person be a demon possessed and dwelt by a devil?

1:19.2

Certainly they can if they do not know the Lord Jesus as their personal savior.

1:24.8

Many times people have asked me, can a saved person ever be demon possessed? Absolutely not,

1:30.7

because on the day of your salvation, the God of light moves into your heart, and I want you to know

1:35.2

light and darkness can't live in the same house. There's not room in your heart for Jesus and Satan.

1:42.1

But a lost person, surely as a saved person is indelled by the Holy Spirit,

1:46.5

a lost person could certainly be indwelt by a devil,

1:50.5

and the scripture bears that out.

1:52.1

The teachings of Jesus bears that out.

1:53.9

Today we've come to one of the scriptures, a parabolic section,

that is often referred to in the discussion of demon possession and I want to show
