0:56.5	In particular, if you have something to promote, which I believe 90% of my audience does, if you're listening to Build Your Tribe, you likely have your own podcast or there's something you're promoting.
1:08.5	Here's what I want you to know. I recently did a poll to my Instagram community and I had over 22,000 people reply, which is amazing.
1:19.5	Now the reason why I did the poll is because I started thinking about the people who I follow, some of which are my students or colleagues or people in my industry.
1:29.5	And I noticed I'm like, I love this person. I actually know this person. I really love them.
1:34.5	And I cannot stomach their Instagram story content.
1:39.5	I don't understand how they have anyone actually watching their stories when every other post feels like self-promotion.
1:46.5	It's too heavily slanted in that direction.
1:51.5	And I noticed that a lot of us, we just tend to do, I mean, we all do this. I find myself doing it too.
1:56.5	You see what someone else is doing, for example, I have a podcast.
2:01.5	So do many of my colleagues and friends, you know, like everyone nowadays has a podcast, right?
