Welcome to our Rosary meditation.

This is Rosary on the road.

I'm blessed to be at the home of Sam Baker and we have friends in the house but also friends and family by

Zoom and so it's a joy to be here.

So let's begin in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

And let's call to mind all those that we've promised to pray for.

I'm especially offering this again for little Olivia

canily for the healing of her seizure clusters asking for the intercession of blessed Pauline Jericho and I'm offering

this for Jeannie Sherman who helped inspire this meditation today. So now we'll pause for a moment and you can add your own

intentions. Today I had the great privilege and joy of sitting for a long time and talking with my very good friend Jeannie Sherman who is growing ever closer each day to heaven as she is dying from bone cancer.

And as we talk today, I asked her what she's been reflecting on most,

and she immediately picked up the diary of St. Faustina,

and she said this paragraph,

where St. Faustinner writes,

When I look into the future, I am frightened.

But why plunge into the future?

Only the present moment is precious to me, as the future may never enter my soul at all.

It is no longer in my power to change, correct, or add to the past, for neither Sages nor prophets could do that.

And so what the past has embraced I must entrust to God.

O present moment, you belong to me whole and entire. I desire to use you as best I can.

And although I am weak and small, you grant me the grace of your omnipotence.
