Hey, Kathy, welcome to the show.

All right, thank you so much. Thanks for calling out.

My question is, I moved to Florida about a year ago and kind of following a dream.

I'm a registered nurse, 63-year-old divorcedy.

And I came down with a $18,000 from the hospital.

And so I kind of made it as an excuse to pay like $2700 in rent, I figured for a year to figure out what I'm doing.

And it turns out that the year is up and kind of the incentives are spent.

And now I have a choice to make whether I'm going to spend half of my pay check,

which is the take on pay about $2700 on rent or purchase a home, which I'm trying to do.

But I'm finding that the home is in the town, then I manage a southside Naples,
