Welcome to our Thursday's broadcast of the Gospel Truth.

Today I'm continuing a series that I've entitled Don't Limit God.

And man, this is powerful.

This has revolutionized my life.

You know, the greatest encounter I ever had with the Lord is when I got born again at eight years old.

Then at 18 years old, the Lord spoke to me and revealed his love to me and just set a fire

on the inside of me.

But outside of those two things, I think the most change as far as outward change has come

when I encountered God saying to me from Psalm 7841, he said, in their heart, they turned back and tempted God

and limited the Holy One of Israel. And that was talking about the Israelites. When they came

out of the land of Egypt, they had experienced probably the greatest manifestation of God's power

that any nation, any group of people had ever seen

in the history of the world before or since. I mean, this was miraculous for this group of slaves

to come out of the strongest nation on the face of the earth at that time. It was miraculous,

the things that God did. Then he parted the Red Sea,

and on and on we could go talking about that. And even though they had experienced so many great

things, God had more for them. He wanted them to go into the promised land, into a land that was

flowing with milk and honey and abundance that these slaves had never

known. And yet, they tempted God. They turned back in their heart. They wanted to go back to

Egypt, and they limited what God could do. He never intended for them to come out of Egypt and die
