Yeah, my question is regarding whether I should sell my van that I currently live in, kind of an RV for a down payment on a home.

Oh, okay, so you're done with the RV life for now. You want to settle down?

Well, not necessarily. I'm curious whether I should sell it or go into an apartment with my buddy and then either, you know, kind of rent out the van or to just living it during the winners.

So the options are I could sell it and rent somewhere or I could sell it use that as a down payment and buy a house.
